We’re Software People

2018 has been an exciting year for EndGame. We saw the launch of our third product development squad, we moved into our new offices on Taranaki St and then we rebranded.

A HUGE thank you to our awesome team and customers! And also to the Wellington community, for being such a great place to live and work.

In January, we’ll be launching our new brand digitally through our website (with lots more content coming in 2019!). Going through the re-branding process was a great way to stop and reflect on who we are. It enabled us to unpick our story and understand more deeply about why we love software and business and how we help our customers to grow their software businesses.

We wouldn’t be where we are today without the brave and ambitious founders we work with — so thanks for allowing us to be part of your journey. We’re honoured to work alongside you.

We love software because its complex. No one knows what the final technical solution will be at the start of a project. We’re passionate about working with our clients, who are driven founders of ethically run, high growth businesses.

They have a clear vision, strong opinions and a channel to market. We have carefully selected squads that bring creative ideas to the table, robust product development and world-class support and operations. Together, we have the core ingredients to build successful software businesses.

Building a business takes time, so everything we do focuses on positioning ourselves and our clients for success over the long-term.

That’s why it’s so exciting to reflect on 2018 and see our customers growing and investing into new markets. And in parallel, we’ve been able to grow EndGame to continue supporting them.

There’ll be lots of interesting milestones in 2019 as a number of the products we manage are reaching scale. Next year we’ll also be investing more into growing our capabilities in managing big data, marketing our products offshore and building reseller networks.

But for now, we’re really looking forward to taking a couple of weeks off at the beach and recharging our batteries. Then it’ll be time to get stuck into 2019.

God bless you and your family this Christmas.

Andrew.
